I've been going to Delicias Elenita for years. It used to be "The taco truck on Sebastopol ave" - but there are a lot more now - including the Mitote Food Park, but this place, is still "the one" as far as I am concerned. I have always been a fan of their tacos - and I think they make some of the very best (top 3 for sure!). I love their al pastor the most - but asada, chicken, and others are all top notch. Declicias Elenita seems like it is always open (3am?), and it seems like it is always busy and bustling - which should tell you something. If you are in the area it is an easy decision, but I'll go out of my way for this spot. See the other reviews if you don't believe me, or better yet, go there yourself and let your mouth tell you why this is one of the very best food trucks in Santa Rosa.

It's the best place to get an elote in Santa Rosa. Truly delicious. The tamales are also really nice, and the tacos are solid.

Came here with my friend and we were stared at so much. I feel like I don't notice it becuase I ignore it but since it was her first time here she was on alert lol. Kinda uncomfortable but we ignored it of course. This is the first time they put a lot of the hot salsa on and I was dying. Still ate it since can't waste but yea it was a struggle. Good spot as always and stuck with my usual, asada, pastor, and pollo

What I ordered: -Carne Asada Super Burrito [4/5] _ I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night because of their late hours, and I'm glad I did! When I arrived, it wasn't too crowded, so I was able to place my order quickly. I got a carne asada super burrito to go, and it was ready in about 10 minutes. While the burrito was delicious, I was surprised by its size--it was smaller than I expected for a super burrito. Despite this, I was satisfied with my meal and would happily return for a late-night bite. They also have nice outdoor seating if you prefer to dine in.

Great spot that is open late. Came here after dancing at The Flamingo. We wanted late night eats besides Dennys or taco bell or jack in the box. Saw this place on yelp, and voila, we are here. This spot kinda reminds me of Tacos Los Cholos in Anaheim. Their menu was filled with many yummy options to order. Tacos are always a hit. Tried the quesadilla off my friends plate (sorry Fabe lol). Also, for the elote, that was fire. If I'm ever back in SR, I'll be sure to hit up this spot.

The Holy Grail for the most delicious tacos, burritos, elote, and more. The menu offerings are unparalleled, they stay open late, I've never had better Mexican cuisine, it's unbelievable that they can execute at this level from a food truck. Whenever I travel through the North Bay, I always stop at my favorite spot; this is it!

This taco truck has the best tamales! That's a fact! It's parking lot always packed, hard to find parking, but they are worth the driving few circles around the parking lot waiting for a space. They have tables available for you to eat at, and the vibes are always welcoming. The service is always friendly too! The prices are awesome! I get 2 tamales and a Mexican hot chocolate for $12. Love it here!
